The Dining Facility only provides plastic utensils for every meal. It definitely makes it interesting for "Surf 'n Turf" meals but my biggest challenge has been cutting grapefruit--it's a must in my breakfast routine!
When they don't properly cut the grapefruit (as pictured above) then I have a back-up plan...
