Hell's Kitchen

I didn't think I'd enjoy the show, Hell's Kitchen, but to my surprise, I enjoy the intensity in the kitchen and the competition between the chefs.  During my few weeks in Las Vegas, I ventured out to Green Valley Ranch to eat at one of the award winning restaurants.

The season's winning chef no longer worked there but it sure was fun to eat there knowing he once did.
